Fortnite - Pet Scales the Dragon Backpack

A combination of 3D printing, sewing, paper mache and many many many hours of labour. This piece was made when Fortnite first introduced pets. The goal was to make a replica as authentically as possible to that seen in the game. Satin stretch fabric was used to get the clean semi shine look of the backpack while a fluffy pillow found in the fabric store made the honorable sacrifice to become the backpacks inner lining for Scales to rest on. Lastly Scales himself is 100% 3D printed after the model was ripped and possed in Blender, it was sliced up for print then assembled and painted after by hand.
